If you need to host a meeting or requite somewhere to work from when in Dublin, you can use our Camden Street office or Sandyford office (fees apply)
We do not allow clients to use our service for personal use. Our service is for business clients and business mail only.
In our Sandyford office we have a 12 seater boardroom and a 4 person meeting room that you can hire by the hour. We also offer hot desks in Sandyford.
In our Camden Street office we have a 10 person meeting room for you to use as well as 6 Hot Desks.
If you need to host a meeting or require somewhere to work from, then our office is your office!
At our Sandyford Office we charge €10 per hour for our 4 person meeting room or €90 for the day. We charge €25 per hour for our 12 person boardroom or €170 for the day. We charge €70 for a hot desk for the day or €320 per month.
At our Camden Street Office we charge €20 per hour for our 10 person boardroom or €180 for the day. We charge €80 per day for a hot desk or €350 per month.
Once you have completed the purchase of your Virtual Business Address, you can start using the service right away. You will need to send us ID and proof of address within seven days.
We leave mail forwarding up to the client. Once we advise you that we have received a package or mail, you can decide if you would like us to bundle your items and forward them to you or send them out as we receive them. For example, you may want us to send mail weekly or monthly. If you change your mind at any stage or just have a one off package you really need urgently you can let us know via email what you would prefer.
Yes, but please use our Sandyford address should you receive a lot of packages where we have a full time reception service. Adelaide Road and Camden Street have a virtual reception.

Yes, we ask that you make an appointment so we can ensure that we are on site and have your mail ready for collection.
Yes, we charge the cost of the postage plus a 20% admin fee. For example, if your postage cost is €1, we charge €1.20.
Yes, we have lots of overseas customers and we send mail to them on a daily basis.
We will need you to supply your ID within seven days of purchasing your Virtual Business Address. You can send us a copy of your passport, driving licence or a government issued ID. We also require proof of address for all Directors’. This can be in the form of a utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months.
